a placid pool quivers by a bare temple yet to be built a crimson cascade transcends into the crack in the sky have care, false illumination casts a vast shadow but burns wisdom into the heart I haven't been able to paint anything, so I was hoping words would come easier. I'm not sure what it means, but it did come from the heart. Don't expect to see "me" for a while. |

| I purchased one of these magical journals, but I'm only just now getting around to writing in it. My summer was.. typical. I spent most of it in Florence, studying at an art school. Another portion was spent in Paris, doing much of the same. It was quite inspiring, and I was able to paint a portrait for my mother's birthday. Unfortunately due to my travels, I've not been able to keep up with the lot of you over the holiday. I expect I'll be able to catch up with most of you on the train or at the feast, but if I'm unable to do so I hope you'll forgive me. Better yet, seek me out and tell me about your summer. | ||
